Program Overview

When you opt in to receive text messages from Whiterock Locators, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS and MMS messages related to our apartment locating services. These messages may include:

• Apartment recommendations and property alerts
• Tour scheduling and appointment reminders
• Updates on your apartment search status
• Cash back rebate notifications and updates
• Follow-up communications about properties you expressed interest in
• Service-related announcements

Consent

By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Whiterock Locators at the mobile number you provided. Your consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may use our apartment locating services without opting in to text messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your apartment search activity. You may receive multiple messages per week during active apartment searches, or fewer messages when your search is less active. Typically, you can expect to receive between 2 and 15 messages per month depending on your search preferences and activity level.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Whiterock Locators does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for each message received or sent based on your wireless plan. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from Whiterock Locators unless you opt in again.

Please note that opting out of text messages does not affect other communications you may receive from us (such as email or phone calls). To manage those preferences, please see our Terms of Service.
