I used WRL last year when I was apartment searching; it was a seamless process and I received my referral check from them a few weeks after moving into my now apartment. This past week, when I was apartment hunting, I reached out to WRL about a specific property that I have been eyeing, not only did they get back to me within minutes via text, they also told me the move in date, apartment number available and the pricing. When I went to view said apartment for my tour, they quoted me a different amount than what WRL did with a different move in date.
