We only recently introduced the Homes feature on our site and haven't pushed it that hard yet, but for context, this is how you'd navigate it.
First: find the Homes feature
It's on the top of the site. Here's the direct link.
Once you land on it, you've got lots of options, including:
- New Search
- Modify Search
Now let's do a "New Search"
Click on that and visually you should arrive at this:
You can fill these in as needed.
For my example, I did 3/2 floor plan or bigger in Fort Worth, between 2,000 and 3,000 square feet, and between $200,000 and $300,000 as a sale price. I doubt I get 500+ results, but let's see:
I got 238 results.
I can click on "Save Search" and I'll get this pop-up to create an account with us:
Don't worry. We won't spam you. We'll send you targeted stuff!
Then click "Modify Search" above your search results
You can see it here:
Once in "Modify Search," you can adjust any of those elements (price, bedrooms, bathrooms, location, subdivision, active, etc.)
Now you arrive at a listing
Take a look at this one from Fort Worth on 6808 Day Drive. It's just an example one.
You can learn:
- Primary Features
- External Features
- Internal Features
- Financial Details (including, on some homes, unexempt taxes)
- Year Built
- Virtual Tour (smaller font under the description of the home)
- Calculate payment (same)
Above the first picture of any home (and you can click said photo to see the whole gallery), look to the top right. You will see "Previous Property," "Next Property," "Back To Results," and "New Search." That's a way to navigate:
This is nascent for us and some workarounds, hacks, and features may need to be worked out as we evolve it. But if you have any questions or an interest in the home process, we got you covered. Just contact us!
